According to the Sporting News, Willis McGahee is eligible to return to Bills practice on Oct. 13 and believes hell be ready then.
In fact, McGahee, on the reserve/non-football injury list with a torn ACL, thinks hes ready now.

Im just working hard, taking mental reps and doing what I can do right now until they let me turn it loose."
