For what its worth. ... James has yet to face the Saints in a regular season games, This after making his pro debut in a preseason game at the Superdome. The game was billed as a matchup with then-Saint Ricky Williams, but Williams missed the game with a foot injury.
James had 11 carries for 77 yards and two touchdowns in the preseason contest. He did not play against New Orleans in the last regular season meeting in 2001 due to a season-ending knee injury.
