He is listed as questionable after experiencing tightness in his hamstring. After missing the season opener with a foot injury, Sanders has three catches for 45 yards.
"He should be fine for the weekend," head coach Brian Billick said.
Sanders said he felt soreness in his hamstring during Wednesdays warm-ups. But Thursday, he felt improvement and even played basketball before practice.
"I felt good enough to do everything today," Sanders said. "No days off unless theres a reason. You wont see me on the sideline."

Team officials are looking for fellow starter Travis Taylor to rebound after virtually disappearing last Sunday. The former first-round draft pick let a 35-yard pass slip through his hands and was held without a catch, ending his 28-game streak of at least one reception.
"It was a great ball by Kyle [Boller]," Taylor said of his muff. "The ball hit me right on target and hit me in stride. Ive got to catch it and score a touchdown."
Taylor is not the only disappointment. In three games, the Ravens receiving corps of Taylor, Sanders and Marcus Robinson has combined for 13 catches, 139 yards and one touchdown.
The Ravens can approach Sundays matchup with cautious optimism. The Chiefs are ranked 24th in pass defense, but they have made an AFC-best seven interceptions.
