has a lot of heart, plays with a lot of passion, plays hard," Nall said. "So, I wouldnt be surprised to see him play on Sunday."
Nall worked with Driver the most in practice during the week, throwing him passes as he familiarized himself with his route running again in drills Wednesday and Thursday.
On Friday, Driver joined the team segments of practice, which wasnt conducted in pads. He lined up for a number of plays with the starting offense and caught passes from Favre.
"I had a great time out there (Friday)," Driver said. "I looked fresh. With no pads on, I guess I did look a little fresher."
Sherman indicated that if Driver does play today, hell be in the starting lineup.
One last caveat here: Since Driver wasnt involved in team drills during the practices in pads Wednesday and Thursday, he has yet to take a hit. Hes not concerned, though, about getting hit for the first time if hes playing today.
"That first hit, if I get up and you all see me smiling, then you all know its not that bad," a grinning Driver said.

Fellow wideout Robert Ferguson is expected to start alongside Driver -- or Javon Walker if Driver doesnt go -- today.
Ferguson aggravated a sprained medial-collateral ligament in his right knee during last Sundays win over Detroit at Lambeau. He originally suffered the injury, along with a sprained right ankle, late in the season opener....
And as noted in a previous Update, Wesley Walls is leaning towards sitting out todays game in an attempt to give his strained hamstring a chance to fully heal. Fullback Nick Luchey is also expected to sit this one out. Hakim, returning from knee surgery, is expected to act as Detroits No. 3 receiver.
