Johnson is unconcerned about putting the weight back on, but he does want to make sure the bone is healed before he returns.

"People want me back earlier, but I have to wait for that bone to heal, I can''t go in there without being able to lift a hundred pounds," Johnson said.

Johnson went on to suggest yoga, which helped maintain some strength and flexibility, has played a major role in his recovery.

"I wanted to keep some strength in my legs, but I couldn''t do any jerky motions," said Johnson, who wanted to keep his shoulder as stable as possible for healing.

Yoga might have also helped his range of motion, and helped him move out of the frustration of being injured.

"We all know those were tough games to take," Johnson said. "It''s just difficult not being a part of it, not being able to do much to help everyone out."
