Jurevicius figures he should know if he''s ready to play by the end of practice Friday.

"I really don''t have any mental blocks. ... My leg is strong. If it wasn''t strong I wouldn''t be out here practicing right now."

This time it is Jeff Garcia who will not play Sunday against the Rams as his ankle has not responded to treatment.
"Its worse today than it was yesterday; it seems like thats the nature of the darn thing -- it gets worse as time goes on," head coach Dennis Erickson said.
Garcia injured his ankle in the second quarter of last Sundays loss to the Arizona Cardinals. He was replaced for a brief time by Tim Rattay before returning and finishing out the game. Erickson is hopeful that Garcia wont be out long.
"Hopefully hell be back by Pittsburgh," Erickson said. "You just dont know with these things."
