held without a catch in one game and Glenn has been shutout twice.

In fact, it''s petulant No. 3 man Antonio Bryant who has been a receiving mainstay on the stat sheet, catching a pass in every game -- all while continuing to complain about his limited role in the offense.

Individually, these facts wouldn''t normally be the key ingredients to one of the league''s most explosive pass offenses.

Together, however, they have been the foundation to more than passing success for the Cowboys in 2003.

"All that stuff about we''ve got to get this guy the ball," Parcells continued. "I always tell the guys who say that, ''Well, get open, because quarterbacks usually throw it to the guys that are open.'' I say, ''If you can''t get open, don''t expect it.'' So quarterbacks are usually pretty selfish. They''ll throw it to the guys that get open."

For Parcells, who had great success with Buccaneers receiver Keyshawn Johnson while with the Jets, it''s not about squelching a player''s individual
