"There are a lot of things Garrison does well and there are a lot of things Kevan does well. But Garrison is the starting running back, so he should be in there as the starting running back. The only times he should come out are when he''s tired or gets hurt."

I''ll go ahead and advise you at this point that Barlow and Beasley don''t get along very well.
