PFW went on to note the Falcons arent willing to pay Peerless Price boatloads of money to be a premier receiver who complements Vick in the offense and then allow a perfectly healthy Vick to stand on the sideline in street clothes.
As for the fear that Vick could get hurt behind a sub-par offensive line, one of the reasons Vick developed such a reputation as a scrambler was because the Falcons line was having problems giving him time to throw.

SportsLine.com insider Pete Prisco advised readers Thursday that the changing of the quarterbacks in Atlanta is a panic move.
As Prisco put it: "Doug Johnson hasn''t played all that well, but he''s been hammered playing behind a bad offensive line. Do the Falcons think they have another Marc Bulger in Kurt Kittner?"
Prisco added the slow start doesn''t bode well for the coaching staff. Dan Reeves might be on his way out after the season, especially since this team has more problems than just not having Vick.
And in a column published Friday, ESPN.com senior writer Len Pasquarelli noted that it''s long been expected that, when Reeves departed the Falcons, owner Arthur Blank will seek a hot, young coach as a replacement. Blank is a marketing mogul, Atlanta is a city that considers itself a Mecca for young up-and-comers, and there is a need to keep building on the hipper clientele the franchise has developed.
Blank has made it a point to heed his players and, if that''s the case, his next coach will be a high-profile name, but one with a fresher face.
