Parcells and offensive coordinator Maurice Carthon and quarterback coach Sean Payton have created is a ''tweener.
The Cowboys do a little bit of everything, mostly what their players show they can do.
"Philosophically, I have always tried to integrate the players that are currently available into the system and accentuate their strengths and do what they can do," Parcells said.
