In an article published by the Sporting News, War Room analyst Gary Horton suggested it''s not clear whether he''s the league''s best No. 3 receiver, but either way, Darnerien McCants is getting more opportunities than most of his peers.
According to Horton: "McCants, unlike Laveranues Coles and Rod Gardner, has the ability and willingness to go over the middle to make tough catches in traffic, but his height (6-3) makes him a brutal matchup for most nickel backs and a great scoring threat in the red zone."
