to the Sports XChange, the Saints offensive game plan will be fairly straight forward: Get the ball to Deuce McAllister. The Saints rank sixth in the NFL in rushing and the Redskins rank 23rd against the run.

According to Nashville Tennessean staff writer Mike Organ, Steve McNair was able to drop back at full speed for the first time in a week yesterday and said there is a chance hell play tomorrow night against the Jets.
"I feel good about the progress from last week to this week," said McNair, who strained his right calf last Sunday against the Falcons.
"Its a lot more advanced than I thought it would be. Last week there probably wasnt a chance that I was going to be able to play, and I might have a chance right now to at least go out and be 75 to 80 percent."
McNair said he will test the injury again today and before tomorrows game.
"Overall it felt good," McNair said. "I did some drop-backs, tried to plant, tried to scramble. I felt (soreness), but it wasnt as bad as I anticipated. Its there and I know its there, but hopefully it will keep on improving. Weve still got a couple of days left."
Backup quarterback Billy Volek worked with the first team and Jason Gesser with the second. McNair watched
