According to Tacoma News Tribune staff writer Mike Sando, coaches and players alike were shaking off a flu-like sickness that swept through team headquarters this week.
Matt Hasselbeck and head coach Mike Holmgren were among those hardest hit.
I was not feeling good," Hasselbeck said. "I got a couple IVs and started feeling better immediately.
"Right now I feel fine, but my energy level is lower than normal, about 60 percent or something like that. Wednesday, I was like 15 percent, just had nothing. Hopefully, itll be completely out of my system."

Hasselbecks sore left shoulder was feeling better Friday. He tested the shoulder in the weight room for the first time since absorbing a hit during overtime Sunday.

Also according to Sando, one year after catching 78 passes for 1,240 yards, Koren Robinson is producing at a more modest clip. With 41 catches for 594 yards, the third-year receiver is on pace to finish with 62 catches and 891 yards -- far shy of the personal goals he set before the season.
"I feel like Im still having a good year," Robinson said Friday. "I just havent had as many opportunities."
The same has been true for Jackson and Bobby Engram. Seattle is averaging fewer pass attempts than it did late last season, although another strong finish seems afoot.
"All three of those guys are going to get their chances and their opportunities," Hasselbeck said.
The Seattle offense is gaining momentum in late November for a second consecutive season. A year ago, Robinson caught 38 of his 78 passes in the final six games.
And while Jackson leads the Seahawks with 45 catches this season, Robinson is averaging
