Hamdan has spent the entire 2003 season on the Redskins practice squad.

He completed 152-of-293 passes during his senior season and had his career-best game against Wisconsin when he went 24-of-36 for 310 yards and four touchdowns. He was named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player of the Week after the game.

Chandler was injured in the second quarter of last weekends 19-10 upset victory in Denver. The Bears had hoped he would be able to practice Friday and play against the Cardinals, but his shoulder didnt respond.

"Well go into the game just like we went through the week," Jauron said. "Kordell will be 1, Rex [Grossman] will be 2 and Chris will be our third.

"He threw the ball a little bit today. He didnt feel like he could really cut it loose. He might get better as we get towards Sunday, but thats the way well go in. Thats how weve had all the work through the week."
