Starting in place of injured Kyle Boller, Wright went 14-for-25 for 112 yards with two interceptions in a 9-6 defeat that dropped the Ravens to .500 -- and into a first-place tie with Cincinnati in the AFC North.
It wasnt exactly a scintillating performance. It wasnt horrid, either, considering Wright hadnt played in an NFL game since 2001 and was Baltimores third-string quarterback through the first nine weeks of the season.
"Clearly, hed like to have a couple of throws back," head coach Brian Billick said. "But he showed great presence and made some excellent throws. He needs to make more of them, and I think he will as he gets back into rhythm."
