his decision Sunday on who will start at tailback, Rudi Johnson or Corey Dillon, for the Bengals against San Diego.
The lean appears to be toward Dillon, with the two backs sharing carries in the run game and being used as receivers out of the backfield or in the slot.
Dillon, who is coming back from an abdominal strain, practiced all week and appears to be getting stronger each time out. Johnson has 247 yards on the ground in the past two games, giving him 607 on 138 attempts. Johnson needs to average 65.5 yards in the final six games to reach 1,000.

Although Wannstedt said his decision might not officially come to light until just before game time, a source close to the team told Spencer said Griese is expected to start, with Jay Fiedler serving as the backup. Fiedler hasnt played since Oct. 19, when he sprained his left knee against the New England Patriots.
