Quincy Morgan told the Cleveland Plain-Dealer after the game, "You saw [Johnson] run that (slant) route for five years. Hed catch it and fall. Andre King caught that same route and took it for 28 yards."
"I have no clue," Johnson said when he was asked if he knew why Morgan was so critical of his play.
"My relationship with those guys was great. Everyone knew what type of guy I was. Im happy for those guys. I had a lot of great friends over there. I wish them success," he said.
He didnt think he had problems in Cleveland.
"I never missed a game. Everyone loved me. Even the secretaries loved me. Sometimes you get a good indication about a person from what the people who walk around the building think of him as an individual," he said.','11/20/2003','8:15:00 AM','Thursday',606 6176,2,12,'Vick Suffers Setback...','As reported by Atlanta Journal-Constitution staff writer Matt Winkeljohn, Michael Vicks comeback has suffered a setback.
The Falcons star quarterback, who has missed all of the regular season with a broken right fibula and returned to practice only last week, aggravated his injured ankle Wednesday morning when a teammate stepped on Vicks foot, causing a sprain.
In the teams standard morning "walk-through" practice, Vick took a snap while running the scout team, and a pulling guard stepped on his foot. He did not participate in the teams afternoon practice because of increased pain and some moderate swelling.
There had been some speculation that Vick might be able to play Sunday when the Falcons meet the Tennessee Titans in the Georgia Dome. By Wednesday afternoon, todays practice was in question and Sunday seemed out of the question. Vick has pointed to a Nov. 30 game at Houston as his most likely return date.
