pick has spent the past two weeks on the Bills active roster after recovering from reconstructive surgery on his left knee, which he hurt in Miamis loss to Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl last January.
Williams said McGahee is still "a ways away" and that Henrys status wouldnt alter the teams plans.
McGahee said it might be too early for him to play.
"Im not getting my hopes up," McGahee said. "I feel good but I dont want to get hurt unnecessarily."
For what its worth, Henrys agent told the Sporting News his client is "dying to play. And thats the big dilemma. Were afraid of having him go back out there and get hurt, but hes insisting on playing. ..."

In an article published Monday, Pro Football Weekly noted theres plenty of blame to pass around for the sputtering Bills offense, and its not limited to the massive drop-off in production by Bledsoe, who has become the target of choice for the teams critics.
While Bledsoe has struggled to get the offense rolling, the offensive line has fallen far short of expectations and was a major reason for the Bills inability to run the ball effectively early on.
In fact, offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride is probably in as much hot water as Williams.
Gilbrides play-calling has befuddled some team observers, and his strategy has often run counter to what most would expect in certain situations -- for example, in obvious running situations, Gilbride frequently opts to pass the ball. He may be coaching for his job in the coming weeks.
And as Buffalo News beat man Allen Wilson pointed out Monday, when Moulds isnt healthy, the Bills lack the ability to strike quickly in the passing game and discourage defenses from blitzing by making downfield plays.
With no fear of being beaten deep, defenses are coming after Bledsoe more often.
Bledsoes immobility makes him an inviting target, and teams will continue to blitz linebackers and defensive backs until the Bills prove they can beat
