Zereoue still leads the Steelers with 337 yards rushing. That puts him on a 16-game pace for 599 yards. No one has led the Steelers in rushing with fewer than 610 yards since Zereoues coach, Dick Hoak, led the 1969 team with 531 yards. That team went 1-13 and Hoaks average per game of 37.9 yards rushing was half a yard higher than Zereoues current 37.4 yards per game.

Those who follow the team closely expect Zereoue to see more action this week in an attempt to keep Bettis in one piece.
