The trio doesnt receive the notoriety of past threesomes such as Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk and Isaac Bruce of the Rams or Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin of the Cowboys. But it can be argued the Saints trio is the most productive and durable of any in the league.
Horn has started 57 consecutive games. Brooks has started 46 consecutive games. McAllister has missed just one game in the past two seasons.
"Its nice from a coaching standpoint because you can rely on players," head coach Jim Haslett said. "Its hard to formulate a game plan if you have a guy that you cant rely on day in and day out. These guys are there."

As reported by Times-Picayune staffer Brian Allee-Walsh, McAllister seeks his seventh 100-yard game in a row Sunday at the Superdome against the Atlanta Falcons.
"Everybody has holes in his game, and usually its a matter of how many," Saints offensive coordinator Mike McCarthy said Thursday. "But this guy has a chance to not have holes in his game. Hes got that kind of talent, both physically and mentally.
"The only negative you can say about him is he hasnt busted that long one like he did a few times last year."
McAllisters longest run from scrimmage this season came in the Saints last game, a 17-14 victory against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.
He ran 37 yards before being dragged down by Buccaneers cornerback Tim Wansley.
Last season, McAllister had runs of 62, 53, 52 (touchdown) and 46 yards, and had 11 other carries of at least 15 yards.
"I should have trusted my speed," McAllister said. "I havent trusted my speed as much as I did last year. I cant say why I havent. But I should have trusted my speed."
