Shoop called for more team unity.
"I have a great deal of confidence in the guys on our team that we can come out and have a big game this week, and were going to need to do that and were going to need to do it together," he said.
Shoop received a vote of confidence from Jauron, who said hes not unhappy with game plans or play calling.

According to Buffalo News beat man Allen Wilson, Eric Moulds status for Sundays game against the Houston Texans is suddenly up in the air. The veteran receiver was added to Fridays updated injury report, listed as questionable because of his injured groin.
Moulds has not practiced all week, though the team maintained it was only a precaution. Head coach Gregg Williams said Moulds hasnt been ruled out for Sunday but added Moulds would be a "Dreaded Game-Time Decision."
Allen went on to suggest that Moulds has not been himself since suffering a slight tear in his groin during the Bills overtime victory over Cincinnati on Oct. 5. He returned to the field after missing two games but hasnt had the same burst and explosiveness the past two weeks.
Allen summed up by noting: "Given the importance of Sundays game it would take a lot to keep Moulds on the sideline. But he has maintained he wouldnt play if he were unable to help the team. ..."
In an article published Monday, Pro Football Weekly reminded readers this has been a challenging year for Moulds.
