However, the veteran halfback will start and play as usual tomorrow against the Rams.
The same goes for Tai Streets, who was held out of practice all week due to tendinitis in both knees.
Also on the injury front, Terrell Owens returned to practice on Friday after sitting out the previous two days with a strained groin.
For what its worth, TSN advised readers Owens shouldnt be expected to have a big game with Tim Rattay under center tomorrow, but that doesnt make it any easier for Fantasy owners to rest the mercurial wideout.

Contra Costa Times staffer Cam Inman earlier this week reminded us that some observers trace Owens problems with dropped passes to the teams first meeting with the Rams this season.
In that Sept. 14 game, safety Aeneas Williams leveled the receiver on a third-and-five play in the first quarter. Owens wound up with a concussion and has since looked tentative at times, especially on plays on which he might get hit hard after the catch.
Williams, after reviewing 49ers films, does not buy the theory.
"Hes Terrell," he said. "Hes taking the ball and having the opportunity to take the 5-yard catch the distance. I believe Terrell is as explosive as he has ever been. ..."
