'Teammates Confident in Tuiasosopo...','In an article published Friday, Contra Costa Times staffer Marcus Thompson II reported that Tim Brown expects there will be a time or two when Marques Tuiasosopo will scramble from the pocket too early, a time or two when Tuiasosopo wont see an open receiver.
Brown also said hes expecting some nervousness from Tuiasosopo, who will be making his first NFL start tomorrow at Detroit in place of injured Rich Gannon. And thats fine.
"We suspect that he was a little nervous (in relief of Gannon against Kansas City on Oct. 20), but you really couldnt tell," Brown said. "Were going to constantly remind him, Be who you are, do your thing. I dont want him to try and be Rich Gannon, because hes not Rich Gannon.
"Rich is as systematic as you get. He knows where everyone is on the field. Tui may only know where two guys are on the field, but as long as one of those two guys are open, fine."

"It would help take a load off him if we're able to run the ball," rookie running back Justin Fargas said. "He can handle the offense. We dont have to be limited.
"But it would be helpful if we could run the ball effectively. Its just (a matter of) what we decided to do. If we decide to run, we can run the ball effectively."
The Raiders have run the ball a tad more lately. They have averaged just over 24 carries the past four games, up from
