The scenario is simple. If the special master rules in T.O.s favor, hell be a free agent. If he rules in the 49ers favor, hes a Raven unless something else happens.

The 49ers, Eagles and Ravens have reached a settlement that sends the Pro Bowl receiver to Philadelphia.
According to SportsLine.com insider Jay Glazer, who first advised readers of discussions regarding this matter last night, the agreement essentially calls for a brand new trade.

In the new deal, Owens will be traded from the 49ers to the Eagles for a Philadelphia defensive starter (who is not yet being mentioned because the player has not yet been informed). The Ravens will get a draft pick from the Eagles, likely a fifth-rounder, for their trouble in the matter.
The two sides were talking yesterday about a variety of settlements that included the Niners receiving a third-round pick from any team that signed Owens and the Ravens receiving their No.2 plus another draft choice.
