Even though Denver signed Quinn, general manager Ted Sundquist told Rocky Mountain News staffer Lynn DeBruin on Wednesday that the Broncos "might have some interest" in former University of Colorado quarterback Kordell Stewart.
With Steve Beuerlein contemplating retirement, the Broncos are looking for a reliable backup.
Stewart is a free agent after being released by the Chicago Bears.
