out practice with recurring flu symptoms. Morton missed some practice time last week with the flu.
"Sure Im concerned," head coach Steve Spurrier said. "When it returns like that, it means it hasnt completely gone away. But he was out most of last week [with the flu] and contributed to the victory over the Giants. We believe hell be ready to go Sunday."
John Simon and Rock Cartwright took the bulk of reps at tailback during Thursdays practice. Sultan McCullough would be next in line to get playing time, Spurrier said.
Ladell Betts (injured forearm) and Trung Canidate (sprained ankle) also missed Thursdays practice. Betts is doubtful and Canidate is questionable, and Spurrier is not optimistic that hell have their services for Sundays game against Dallas.

Laveranues Coles participated in warm-ups and light running, but did not join in on the teams practice drills. During Wednesdays practice, he re-aggravated the toe injury that has been bothering him in recent weeks.
At this point, Coles is expected to start and play as usual.

Tomlinson shredded the Lions secondary for 148 yards and two touchdowns on nine catches. The 148 yards and two scores were both career receiving highs for the third-year back, but the nine catches were not. His mark of 13 receptions against Arizona on Nov. 25, 2001 still stands, (which by the way, just happened to tie the team record for catches in a game by a running back previously held solely by Ronnie
