"Were taking Jeremy week-by-week," head coach Jim Fassel said. "We cant get by with doing much before it (the knee) balloons back up again."
Fassel also said he thinks David Tyree will start at wide receiver.
Ike Hilliard hasnt practiced because of an injured knee.
"Well see about Ike -- that will be a game time decision," Fassel said. "But were working David in there. I like him. Hes a good guy and a good player, hes concentrating and hes a competitor. If Ike cant go, I think hell step in and do a good job. ..."
Wide receiver Tim Carter was declared out of the game after suffering what might have been his third concussion of the season.

Fassel gave a positive review of Jesse Palmers work in practice.
"Hes doing some good things," the coach said. "Like anybody whos going to start at quarterback, hes excited. Hes got to clam down a little bit. He has all the tools it takes. Right now he lacks experience, but I think hell be fine."
Palmer will make his first NFL start with Kerry Collins sidelined by a sprained ankle. ...
For what its worth, Collins and Fassel are hopeful he will make a rapid recovery and be on the field next week in Texas Stadium.
"It progressing," said Collins, who hopes to test the ankle in practice next week. "Its one thing to just kind of do what Im doing now and walk around and stuff like that. Obviously, it is another thing to take drops and have to escape and that sort of thing.
