Flemister has started the Redskins past seven games and had two catches in the past two. He has nine receptions in 12 games this season. The Redskins have two other tight ends, rookie Kevin Ware and veteran Byron Chamberlain, on their roster.
Chamberlain has fallen into disfavor with the coaches and has been on the inactive list for seven of the past eight games. The former Pro Bowl selection was signed by the Redskins in early October after he was released by the Minnesota Vikings just after being reinstated by the league following a suspension for testing positive for ephedra.

According to the Sports XChange, Spurrier continues to search for the right blend of run and pass. Rock Cartwright struggled last week as the line opened too few running lanes, and Spurrier could be tempted to pass extensively this week.
Making things more difficult will be an Eagles D-line that held Washington to just 49 rushing yards in the first meeting.
Tim Hasselbeck started to develop chemistry with Laveranues Coles last week. For Washingtons offense to be productive, Coles must be a factor.
Coles is the first Redskin to catch 75 passes in a season since Gary Clark in 1990. Coles seven receptions for 94 yards at Chicago gave him 76 catches and 1,117 yards in his first season as a Redskin.
The former Jet sat out practice Tuesday and Wednesday in order to rest his sore foot, but hes fully expected to start and play as usual against the Eagles.
