Afterward he pronounced his injured shoulder "all right" and his injured ankle "fine."
He said he will play Saturday and that he expected everyone with similar injury situations to play also.
"Ive got two orders," Hasselbeck said. "Dont shop and stay off your foot when you dont have to. So Im off the hook for gifts. ..."
For what its worth, Hasselbeck needs 153 yards against San Francisco to surpass Warren Moons record of 3,678 yards, set in 1997. ...
Hasselbeck wasnt the only Seahawk who returned to practice yesterday, with receiver Darrell Jackson, who left last weeks game after spraining his ankle in the first quarter, being chief among them.
Jackson is expected to start and play as usual.','12/25/2003','7:35:00 AM','Thursday',932 6498,5,17,'Davis Will Play; How Much Remains To Be Seen...','According to Gaston Gazette reporter Steve Reed, Stephen Davis returned to practice on Wednesday and is expected to play Sunday against the New York Giants.
However, its unclear just how much action Davis will see this week in a game that is essentially meaningless for the Panthers. Win or lose, the Panthers will host a playoff game, although whom they play is undetermined.
Davis is 46 yards away from establishing a new single-season career high, but said breaking the record isnt what is on his mind.
"Its not as important as winning games," Davis said. "Thats the most important thing. Yeah, it would be good to break it, but like I said, the most important thing is winning the game."
