Browns.
It will be only the second career game Warrick has missed because of injury.
According to Cincinnati Post staffer Kevin Goheen, rookie Kelley Washington, listed second string on the depth chart behind Warrick, will start in the teams two-wide receiver set, but both men will get opportunities.
"T.J.s been ready to go for a few weeks," Lewis said. "Hes gotten the chance to dress once. Now hes getting the chance to play."
Houshmandzadeh, who had 41 receptions last season, was slowed earlier this year by a hamstring injury. In the last several weeks, Lewis has activated rookie wide receiver Kevin Walter ahead of Houshmandzadeh because of Walters ability to play special teams.

And that lends itself to a conservative game plan, eating time off the clock in big chunks. Look for Foster to handle the bulk of the load on offense with Rod Smart spelling him on occasion.
For what its worth, I wouldnt hesitate to start Foster against the Lions if I had him on my roster.
