6468,32,16,'Capers Makes It Official; Carr Returns To Starting Lineup...','According to HoustonTexans.com staff writer Carter Toole, head coach Dom Capers confirmed after Fridays practice that David Carr will indeed return to the starting lineup after a four-game absence Sunday when the Texans host the Titans.
"Im fired up, man," Carr said. "I feel like the seasons starting all over again for me. Weve still got something to prove and we need to get a good feeling heading into the off-season."
One player a football team does not make. But theres little question that Houstons offense should improve with the return of its starting signal-caller. Carrs ailments have been well-documented. "I know hes excited about being back and you could just tell by watching him in practice this week."

The numbers dont lie. As Toole put it, "Houstons offense wasnt resurrecting the Run N Shoot early this season but it was humming along nicely." Carr is eager to jump back into the fray and get reacquainted -- at full strength -- with the likes of running back Domanick Davis and wide receiver Andre Johnson.
"I want to get back out there and get this thing going," Carr said. "Its not just one
