Jauron said he thought Rex Grossman could have taken a few more chances and thrown the football instead of holding onto it during some plays in the teams win over Minnesota last Sunday.
"He didnt do it in a couple of instances last week when we thought there could have been big plays," Jauron said.
Jauron hopes the next step for Grossman is delivering the ball more in rhythm to receivers. The coaching staff wants to see the rookie release the ball in anticipation of the receiver getting open -- not when he sees the receiver open -- even if it seems risky.

"I can see myself getting better and making the throws," Grossman said. "I was just maybe a little bit hesitant because I didnt want to screw up or anything."
