until you consider how often the top receivers in the game are targeted. Four of the top five receptions leaders in the NFL -- Holt, Moss, Hines Ward, and Boldin -- get at least 10 passes per game thrown their way. The fifth, Marvin Harrison, is close behind with nine per game.

Johnson caught 48 and 37 passes during his last two 11-game seasons at Miami. As far as he is concerned, its not how many times you get the ball, but what you do with it that matters.

"Its kind of frustrating, but you have to go with the flow," Johnson said. "You just have to wait until the ball comes to you. You have to be patient. There are not enough balls for everyone, so when it comes to you, you have to do what you can do. I always like the ball in my hands. Im sure every playmaker would. I just have to wait until I get it and see what I can do with it."

So just because the Texans will play Sunday in the former home of Keyshawn Johnson, dont expect to hear Andre Johnson crying for the damn ball.

"Thats not me," said Johnson, who has just two catches in the last two games and hasnt caught more than four passes in a game since Week 4. "Some guys are like that, more outspoken. Im not like that. I like to make plays, but Im not a guy who is going to scream `Throw me the damn ball! I might go to the quarterback and say Look for me on this route because I think I might be open, but I basically wait my turn."

Head coach Dom Capers loves Johnsons team-first attitude and easygoing demeanor, but he also realizes Johnson is the Texans best big-play threat and needs touches to be at his best.

"We certainly want to try to get the ball to Andre as much as we can," Capers said. "It changes from week to week based on what defenses do. Any time you have a guy of his ability, you want to try to get the ball in his hands.

"Last week, on the second play, we threw it to him for 11 yards, but we had a little harder time getting the ball to him (after that). As you go along, certain teams are going to make it harder to get the ball to him. Obviously,
