Fantasy Football Challenge - About Us

A few years ago we were playing fantasy football with some friends. After a couple of slices of bad pizza and a short discussion on who is more important (a stud Quarterback or a stud Running Back) we threw out an off-the-wall idea of creating an online interface to manage all of the leagues we were in.

"We'll put our picks in a database, throw in the stats, plug in the scoring rules for each contest and PRESTO, well have our fantasy points for all of our teams in each of our contests calculated automatically."

Well, it sounded like a good idea at the time. As we began to discuss how we would technically accomplish such a project we thought, "well heck, if we are doing all of this work anyway, why not just create our own game?" And so Fantasy Football Challenge was born. We've come a long way since then and still have a long way to go. As with most great things, it takes time to reach greatness. Over the years we have realized what worked and what hasn't. Sometimes the things you think are "cool" end up causing a ton of headaches. FFC is in a re-development stage now and we hope to return stronger than ever.
