1989 NFL Coaches By Team

There were 30 different pro football coaches in 1989. The Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Raiders had multiple coaches. George Seifert led his team, the San Francisco 49ers, to the best record at 14 - 2. Seifert not only coached his team to the top record but he also led his team to the Super Bowl Championship. Other top coaching jobs of 1989 were Bill Parcells who led the New York Giants to a 12 - 4 record, Dan Reeves who led the Denver Broncos to a 11 - 5 record and Buddy Ryan who led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 11 - 5 record.
