1984 Tight End Fantasy Leaders By Position

The best fantasy point season for a tight end in 1984 was James Jones of the Detroit Lions who averaged 8.78 points per game over 16 games. Jones had 532 rushing yards, 3 rushing touchdowns, 77 receptions, 662 receiving yards, 5 receiving touchdowns, 62 passing yards and 1 passing touchdown which contributed to his fantasy total of 140.40 points. Kellen Winslow, Paul Coffman, Derrick Ramsey and Ozzie Newsome had the other top 1984 tight end fantasy seasons.
