2003 Running Back Fantasy Leaders By Position

The best fantasy point season for a running back in 2003 was Priest Holmes of the Kansas City Chiefs who averaged 21.16 points per game over 16 games. Holmes had 1,420 rushing yards, 27 rushing touchdowns, 74 receptions and 690 receiving yards which contributed to his fantasy total of 338.50 points. Ahman Green, Clinton Portis, LaDainian Tomlinson and Jamal Lewis had the other top 2003 running back fantasy seasons.
