The best fantasy point season for a running back in 1935 was George Sauer of the Green Bay Packers who averaged 7.21 points per game over 9 games. Sauer had 334 rushing yards, 3 rushing touchdowns, 177 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, 3 receptions and 32 receiving yards which contributed to his fantasy total of 64.85 points. Beattie Feathers, Johnny (Blood) McNally, Kink Richards and Dale Burnett had the other top 1935 running back fantasy seasons.
