1997 NFL Season

In 1997 the Green Bay Packers finished with the best record in the league at 13 and 3, but they lost the Super Bowl to the Denver Broncos. Jeff George led the league in passing yards with 3,917, Barry Sanders led the league in rushing yards with 2,053 and Rob Moore lead the league in receiving yards with 1,584. The top fantasy point producers for the season were Kordell Stewart with 20.48 points per game, Brett Favre with 20.19 points per game and Barry Sanders with 19.03 points per game. Some of the top fantasy games were Corey Dillon with 50.10 points against the Tennessee Oilers, Kordell Stewart with 41.10 points against the Baltimore Ravens and Kordell Stewart with 41.05 points against the Denver Broncos.
