1996 NFL Season

In 1996 the Denver Broncos finished with the best record in the league at 13 and 3, but they did not make the Super Bowl. Mark Brunell led the league in passing yards with 4,367, Barry Sanders led the league in rushing yards with 1,553 and Isaac Bruce lead the league in receiving yards with 1,338. The top fantasy point producers for the season were Vinny Testaverde with 21.17 points per game, Brett Favre with 21.10 points per game and Mark Brunell with 20.81 points per game. Some of the top fantasy games were Terrell Davis with 36.20 points against the New England Patriots, Scott Mitchell with 35.60 points against the Chicago Bears and Boomer Esiason with 35.20 points against the Washington Redskins.
