1976 NFL Season

In 1976 the Oakland Raiders finished with the best record in the league at 13 and 1, and they went on to win the Super Bowl against the Minnesota Vikings. Bert Jones led the league in passing yards with 3,104, O.J. Simpson led the league in rushing yards with 1,503 and Roger Carr lead the league in receiving yards with 1,112. The top fantasy point producers for the season were Ken Stabler with 18.64 points per game, Steve Grogan with 18.63 points per game and Bert Jones with 18.61 points per game. Some of the top fantasy games were Delvin Williams with 40.95 points against the Washington Redskins, O.J. Simpson with 39.30 points against the Detroit Lions and Delvin Williams with 37.80 points against the St. Louis Cardinals.
