1971 NFL Season

In 1971 the Dallas Cowboys finished with the best record in the league at 11 and 3, and they went on to win the Super Bowl against the Miami Dolphins. John Hadl led the league in passing yards with 3,075, Floyd Little led the league in rushing yards with 1,133 and Otis Taylor lead the league in receiving yards with 1,110. The top fantasy point producers for the season were Greg Landry with 16.49 points per game, John Hadl with 16.45 points per game and Calvin Hill with 15.63 points per game. Some of the top fantasy games were John Hadl with 39.70 points against the New York Jets, Duane Thomas with 35.35 points against the St. Louis Cardinals and Calvin Hill with 34.55 points against the Buffalo Bills.
