The 1997 Hall of Fame Class consisted of the following members: Don Shula who played for the Baltimore Colts, Cleveland Browns and Washington Redskins from 1951 - 1957, Mike Webster who played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers from 1974 - 1990, Mike Haynes who played for the Los Angeles Raiders and New England Patriots from 1976 - 1989 and Wellington Mara (Team Administrator/Team Owner).
