The 1972 Hall of Fame Class consisted of the following members: Ollie Matson who played for the Chicago Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles from 1952 - 1966, Ace Parker who played for the Boston Yanks, Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Yankees from 1937 - 1946, Gino Marchetti who played for the Baltimore Colts and Dallas Texans from 1952 - 1966 and Lamar Hunt (Co-Founder AFL & Team Owner).
