The 1971 Hall of Fame Class consisted of the following members: Andy Robustelli who played for the Los Angeles Rams and New York Giants from 1951 - 1964, Bill Hewitt who played for the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia-Pittsburgh Eagles-Steelers from 1932 - 1943, Norm Van Brocklin who played for the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles from 1949 - 1960, Y.A. Tittle who played for the Baltimore Colts, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers from 1948 - 1964, Bruiser Kinard who played for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Brooklyn Tigers and New York Yankees from 1938 - 1947, Jim Brown who played for the Cleveland Browns from 1957 - 1965 and Vince Lombardi who coached from 1959 - 1969.
